Peach Cobbler



Preston asked me for this recipe today, so I am sharing it with everyone else while he shares dessert with his new bride.  I think I actually got the recipe from Dulsanna about 25 years ago.  ;) 


Heat oven to 350.  While heating, melt in 11x7 pan:
2 Tbs Butter

Combine and pour into melted butter:
3 c. Peaches
1/2 c. Sugar
2 Tbs Flour
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Mix and spoon onto peaches:
1 c. Flour
2 Tbs Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Milk
1 Egg

Bake 25-30 minutes.
