no cook refrigerator fruit jam with chia



I saw recipe at the preparedness fair for jam,
 made with chia as the pectin. 
It was blackberry and very tasty. 
I decided to try strawberry today. 
Here's a website with the new recipe I just made. 
Below is the recipe I taste tested. No cooking at all.
I'm all for quick and easy!
